FAQ'S — A La Slush

All of our packages include free delivery within 25 miles of Medford, Oregon. We love to travel! Depending on availability, we can head anywhere in Oregon for $1.50 per mile (longer trips may require an overnight stay fee).
In accordance with Oregon’s liquor regulations, we are unable to provide wine or spirits for purchase directly. We are pleased, however, to curate selections, coordinate procurement, and arrange delivery on your behalf, and our concierge pickup service offers an added touch of ease and discretion. To ensure each beverage is properly chilled and prepared for service, we kindly request that all alcohol arrive no later than 48 hours prior to the start of your event.
From the moment our team arrives, you can expect roughly 2 to 3 hours for full setup before service begins. After service concludes, breakdown and cleanup generally take an additional hour.
Based on the length of service you choose, our crew will be on site throughout that time, managing every aspect — setup, delivery, service, and cleanup — and remains present to support your guests from start to finish.

Our mobile trailer is a 50amp set up, but we include a generator free of charge, if the power is not available.
Our booking schedule tends to fill far in advance, so securing your date early is strongly recommended. Once we’ve finalized the details of your event, a 50% payment is required to lock in the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the event.
We offer a 50% refund on the deposit up to 30 days before the event. If a cancellation occurs after that point, the amount paid will be issued as a credit that can be applied to a future booking.

Your package includes cups, straws, and napkins, along with all items and services outlined in the specific package you selected, along with a small hydration station. An OLCC‑licensed server is also provided to manage service throughout your event.
As a dry‑hire mobile bar, we provide the bar setup, equipment, and an OLCC‑licensed server while you supply the alcohol. Our team can curate signature mocktails or custom cocktails tailored to your event, and we’re happy to craft any of the frozen beverages included in your selected package. This approach gives you full flexibility while ensuring a polished, professional beverage experience for your guests.
